terminal4d operates under the framework applicable to gaming and sportsbook services in supported Indonesian regions where local law permits such offerings. Our Terms & Conditions bind you once you've completed account registration and accepted these terms. We maintain these policies to ensure fair play, secure payments and transparent payout processes. All transactions using DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are subject to both
our terms and the payment provider's rules. Disputes arising from gameplay or account access are resolved through our support team first, then arbitration if necessary.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

Account Ownership & Liability
Your account is yours alone. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We don't compensate for unauthorised access if you've shared your password or PIN.
Age & Identity Verification
You must be 18 or older and provide valid identity proof during registration. We verify this once before your first deposit. Fake or duplicate accounts are suspended permanently.
Deposit references & Account Caps
You can set daily, weekly or monthly Deposit references through your account settings. These are enforced at the payment gateway; once set, they can't be bypassed for 24 hours.
Payout Timelines – DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS
Standard withdrawals process within 2-4 hours to your e-wallet. QRIS transfers may take 1-2 hours depending on your bank. Emergency holds (fraud checks) can extend this to 24 hours.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks filed with your payment provider without notifying us first will result in account suspension. We handle all disputes through our support channel first; escalation voids your account.
Account Closure & Reactivation
You can close your account anytime through Settings > Account. Permanent closure takes effect after 7 days. Reactivation within that window is instant; after 7 days, you'll need to reapply.
