Your account is yours alone. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We don't compensate for unauthorised access if you've shared your password or PIN.

Withdrawals go to the payment method you specify at request time, not the deposit source. You can withdraw to OVO, GoPay, QRIS or your original DANA account. Processing times vary slightly by provider, but all standard withdrawals clear within 2-4 hours.

No. One person = one account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same identity or payment method, all but one will be permanently suspended. Any funds in suspended accounts are frozen pending review.
